We offer free estimates for pressure washing services. These are non‐binding until confirmed.

Scheduling & Confirmation

Once an estimate is accepted, we will confirm the booking with you.

Please ensure that access to the areas to be cleaned is available.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of the surfaces to be cleaned (driveway, patio, deck, etc.).

Flat-rate packages and sq. ft. overage charges are explained in service descriptions.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least [e.g. 24] hours’ notice.

We may charge a cancellation fee if notice is insufficient or rescheduling is not possible.


3. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within [e.g. 3 days] of service completion.

We will review the issue and may offer a re‐service or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.


4. Liability & Safety

We perform pressure washing using techniques and pressures suited to different surfaces to avoid damage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes more visible when the surface is cleaned.

You should remove or secure fragile items in the work area.

We are not liable for damage caused by negligence outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, client obstruction).

6. Advertising & Use of Facebook

Any ads or promotions run on Facebook or other platforms are subject to platform rules and relevant laws.
