These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Guadalupe Gold Cleaning’s website (guadalupegoldcleaning.com) and our pressure washing and cleaning services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional exterior cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties in and around New Braunfels, Texas.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Estimates, Booking & Payment

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

A booking is confirmed once you approve the estimate and we send written or email confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other methods we specify.

Late payments may incur a reasonable late fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is not provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe access to the work area, including removing fragile or valuable items and providing running water.

Notify us of any pre-existing conditions or concerns about delicate surfaces.

5. Satisfaction & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 3 business days of service completion.

At our discretion, we may offer a re-service or a partial/full refund.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Limitations of Liability

We use appropriate pressure and cleaning methods, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues hidden beneath dirt, mold, or buildup.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profits, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, text, and graphics—is owned by Guadalupe Gold Cleaning or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Advertising & Promotions

Promotions or offers advertised on Facebook or other platforms are valid only for the stated duration and may be subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows the latest revision.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
